Photography and Recording Release

During the course of your your time at The Duke of York’s Royal Military School you may be photographed while taking part in lessons, sport, performances and other activities including those off-site. These photographs are used in School publications such as the Parental Bulletin and Yorkist and are occasionally used in newspapers and magazines, as well as appearing on School related internet pages such as our website, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter links. During the next year we will be updating the School promotional material that will involve filming and photographs that may be used on the School website. We also intend to send links to our online photograph library to parents. The imagery identified above will be used by the School solely to promote or advertise our aims and may be used in any form and in any medium. This may include joint ventures with other organisations as well as commercial education and military publications. To comply with the Data Protection Act we need your permission before we can take and use any photographs, video footage or other images of you.

Child’s Name Release

During your time at The Duke of York’s Royal Military School, your full name may be used in School publications, press releases in external publications and within School promotional material.
