EVENT ITINERARY
09:00 – Gates open
10:00 – Prize Giving, Nye Hall (limited seating, visitors to be seated by 09:45)
11:00 – Marquee opens for refreshments
12:30 – Gurkha Khukuri Display and Pipes & Drums Musical Performance
12:45 – Corps of Drums display
12:50 – Gates close
13:25 – Trooping the Colour (all visitors to be seated by 13:10)
15:15 – Parade finishes
16:00 – Event close (Main Gates open for collection of students)
CAR PARKING
Parking for all guests is available at Broadlees Farm (opposite the School).
Blue Badge holders can access on-site parking, via the Deal Gate nearest to the roundabout. The School must be notified beforehand if disabled parking is required, by emailing rsvp@doyrms.com.
NOTICES
Vendors at the event will accept both cash and card payments. Please ensure you bring both, just in case.
Toilets (Portaloos) are available at the event and include disabled access and baby changing facilities.
The School is a strictly a no smoking site, this includes the use of e-cigarettes.
Please check the weather prior to attending and dress appropriately for the event, which takes place on an exposed grass field.
