Assistant Examinations and Data Manager

 

We are looking for a full-time administrator to work in the Examinations and Data office. The post holder will work closely with the School’s Examinations and Data Manager, assisting with all aspects of delivery. Duties cover a wide-range of reporting and administrative tasks and a large part of the workload is IT-based, particularly involving the use of SIMS. The post holder will be a point of contact for parents regarding home-school IT links and will also work closely with students and staff during the exam periods.

 

Applicants must be literate, numerate and have an eye for detail. Proficiency in Excel and Word is essential. A background in an educational setting and experience of working with SIMS would be preferred, however full training could be offered to a suitable candidate. 

 

This is a permanent position and the school envisages appointing a person with the potential and interest to become fluent in all aspects of the administration of school Examinations and Data with the capacity to succeed the current post-holder.

 

The post is full-time, ‘office hours’ but a degree of flexibility would be available and would be expected from the post-holder.  Hours: 37 hours per week.  Salary: £17,309 per annum (DYRMS Scale 3.10)
