The Duke of York's Royal Military School

A co-educational boarding school for students aged 11-18

Policies

The Board of Governors has agreed that due to the current Covid-19 issue, all statutory and non-statutory policies will be updated and approved as and when appropriate throughout the 2020-21 academic year.  This conforms to the Department for Education’s guidance on Boards prioritising support to their school leaders and staff in a pragmatic and proportionate manner.

The current School policies as agreed by the Governing Body can be downloaded below.

The School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.  All employees and volunteers must be willing to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post including checks with past employers and an Enhanced Disclosure via the Criminal Records Bureau.

Please note the Lockdown Policy is available on request.
